🌊 Waves and Wellness Low Tide Walk 🦀

Join us for Mental Health Awareness Week on a naturalist-led tidal walk at Robert K. Rees Memorial Park. As we wander through the tides, we will discover the unique critters living on the shoreline and focus on reconnecting with nature.

👟 We’ll be walking along the shoreline through shallow water (possibly up to waist-deep). Swimming is not part of the program.

🧢 What to Bring:
- Water
- Bug spray
- Sunscreen
- Close-toed shoes that can get wet

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All Ages Welcome!
All participants must register in advance. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult, and guardians must stay with their child throughout the program.

⚠️ Program may be canceled due to weather or other conditions. Registered participants will be notified via email in case of cancellation.
